BUYING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — handled securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details never touch our servers.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is anonymous. We only ask for your email so we can send you the download link.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars (USD). If your card uses a different currency, your bank will convert at their current rate.
Do you offer refunds?
Because wallpapers are delivered instantly as digital files, sales are final. If a file is corrupted or never reaches you, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund — no questions asked.

DOWNLOADS & FILES

What resolution do I get?
4K (3840 × 2160) for desktops, plus device-optimised sizes for modern iPhones (1290 × 2796), Samsung Galaxy phones (1440 × 3088), iPad (2732 × 2048), and standard mobile. One purchase, every size.
What file format?
JPG. Best balance of quality and file size for wallpapers, supported natively by every phone and computer.
How do I receive my purchase?
Right after payment clears, the file downloads directly in your browser. We also email a backup link valid for 30 days so you can re-download on any device.
I lost my download — can I get it again?
For 30 days after purchase, click the link in your confirmation email to re-download. After that, message us and we'll sort it out.
I didn't get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If nothing's there after 10 minutes, contact us with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend the link manually.

USAGE & LICENSE

Can I use a wallpaper on multiple devices?
Yes. Personal use covers all your own devices — phone, tablet, laptop, second phone — for life.
Can I use it commercially?
No. Wallpapers are licensed for personal use only. For commercial licensing (websites, products, marketing), contact us for a custom quote.
Can I share with friends?
No. Each license is personal to the buyer. Please ask your friends to buy their own copy — it's only $0.99.
Can I edit or crop the wallpaper?
For your own personal use, yes — crop, adjust colours, apply filters. You can't redistribute the modified version or claim it as your own work.

I have a problem — who do I contact?
Email us via the contact page. We reply within 48 hours, Mondays through Fridays.
Do you take custom requests?
Sometimes. If you have a specific Indian location you'd love to see, send us a note — if we can source a quality frame for it, we'll add it to the collection.
I'm a photographer — can I contribute?
Yes. We're always looking for cinematic frames of India. Pick "Submission" on the contact form and tell us about your work. Contributors receive a share of every sale.
