1. Our approach
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver wallpapers, process payments, and reply to your messages. We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run ads. We don't track you across the web.
2. Information we collect
- Email address — collected by Paddle at checkout for the payment receipt. We see it as part of the order record but don't email you proactively.
- Payment details — handled by Paddle (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card number. Paddle shares only the transaction ID, the email you entered, and the line items purchased.
- Contact form submissions — when you message us via the contact page (name, email, subject, message).
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Kept by Cloudflare for security and aggregated analytics. Retained for around 30 days.
3. How we use it
- Deliver your purchased wallpapers via the post-purchase download page
- Match support enquiries to your order if you contact us
- Reply to support enquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Improve the Site (aggregated, anonymised analytics)
4. Service providers and brand
Cinematic Bharat is a product of iReelz. On your card statement and Paddle receipt, charges may appear as "iReelz", "Paddle.net", or "CINEMATICBHARAT" — all are the same business. We rely on a handful of trusted third parties to run the Site:
- Paddle — merchant of record for all payments. Paddle handles checkout, billing, tax collection, refunds, invoicing, and the automatic payment-receipt email. See paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, image storage, security. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We don't share your personal information with anyone else, except where required by law (court order, fraud investigation, etc.).
5. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your cart between page loads. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
- Purchase records: kept for 7 years to comply with Australian tax and accounting laws.
- Email correspondence: kept for as long as needed to support you, then deleted.
- Server logs: ~30 days at Cloudflare.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your data (where we no longer need it for legal reasons)
Email hello@cinematicbharat.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
The Site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. International users
Cinematic Bharat operates from Australia. By using the Site, you understand your data may be processed in Australia and in the regions where our service providers (Cloudflare, Paddle) operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site, and the "effective date" at the top will be updated.
11. About the imagery
Our wallpapers are AI-crafted artworks, not photographs of identifiable people or places. Where a generated frame contains incidental text, signage or logos, we edit it out so nothing real-world is reproduced by accident. If you believe an image resembles you, your property or your brand, email hello@cinematicbharat.com and we'll review it.
