1. Our approach
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver wallpapers, process payments, and reply to your messages. We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run ads. We don't track you across the web.
2. Information we collect
- Email address — when you make a purchase, so we can send your download link.
- Payment details — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe gives us a transaction ID and the last four digits.
- Contact form submissions — when you message us via the contact page (name, email, subject, message).
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Kept by Cloudflare for security and aggregated analytics. Retained for around 30 days.
3. How we use it
- Deliver your purchased wallpapers and the backup download link
- Reply to support enquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Improve the Site (aggregated, anonymised analytics)
4. Service providers we use
We rely on a handful of trusted third parties to run the Site:
- Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, image storage, security. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Email — used to send confirmations and replies.
We don't share your personal information with anyone else, except where required by law (court order, fraud investigation, etc.).
5. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your cart between page loads. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
- Purchase records: kept for 7 years to comply with Australian tax and accounting laws.
- Email correspondence: kept for as long as needed to support you, then deleted.
- Server logs: ~30 days at Cloudflare.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your data (where we no longer need it for legal reasons)

8. Children's privacy
The Site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. International users
Cinematic Bharat operates from Australia. By using the Site, you understand your data may be processed in Australia and in the regions where our service providers (Cloudflare, Stripe) operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site, and the "effective date" at the top will be updated.
